ประกาศ แจ้งเปลี่ยนแปลงการให้บริการ Microsoft 365 ครั้งสุดท้าย❗

เนื่องจากนโยบายจำกัดขนาดพื้นที่เก็บข้อมูลของ Microsoft มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567  ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบกับบัญชีผู้ใช้ที่เป็น Lamduan Mail ทั้งของนักศึกษาปัจจุบัน และนักศึกษาเก่า

ทำให้พื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูล OneDrive ของนักศึกษาปัจจุบัน ลดเหลือ 5 GB
ศูนย์ฯ จึงขอความร่วมมือนักศึกษาปัจจุบัน ให้ทำการโอนย้ายหรือลบข้อมูลบน OneDrive 
ให้คงเหลือไม่เกิน 5 GB เพื่อป้องกันข้อมูลสูญหาย ภายในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2567 
หลังจากถูกลบ จะสามารถใช้งานได้ดังเดิมด้วยพื้นที่ 5 GB

และจะปิดการให้บริการ Microsoft 365 สำหรับนักศึกษาเก่า ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2567
หลังจากไฟล์ทั้งหมดใน OneDrive ถูกลบ จะไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้

Announcement: Final Notice on Changes to Microsoft 365 Services
.
Due to the storage limit policy enforced by Microsoft, which will take effect on February 1, 2024, this will impact all Lamduan Mail accounts for both current students and alumni.
This change will reduce the OneDrive storage space for current students to 5 GB.
The CITS kindly requests all current students to transfer or delete their OneDrive data to ensure it does not exceed 5 GB to prevent data loss by June 30, 2024.
After the data is deleted, users will be able to use the remaining 5 GB of storage space as usual.
Additionally, Microsoft 365 services for alumni will be terminated starting from July 1, 2024.
Once all files in OneDrive are deleted, they cannot be recovered.
